The chain carrier keeps tire chains securely in place the chain carrier consists of a structural steel construction and aluminum diamond tread cover with locking hasps. "Padlock not included". The chain carriers are pre-drilled for simple frame mounting and come with a kit for clip-on installation(no drilling required). This chain Carrier provides excellent storage space for tire chains.Max frame height 12", Minimum frame height 9".
