Choosing the right box and door finish for your new Battery box side mount is all about taste and style. An aluminum checker-plate finish will give you a polished look and road wear & tear will be less visible on this type of finish. While a plain aluminum box with plain doors will have a smooth finish look and will suit any type of truck finish.

BODY FINISH AND DOOR FINISH
Our standard aluminum plain body option is a toolbox made of 1/8 (.125) thick plain aluminum. This mill finish is the surface texture (or finish) of this toolbox. This texture is smooth and lacks luster. This smooth finish will look great on any truck or trailer! The door is made of 1/8 (.125) thick checker plate (diamond plate) aluminum. It’s also called aluminum tread plate. This is probably one of the best-selling finishes. With its brilliant shine and diamond-shaped patterns, it helps to reduce any imperfections made by the road, such as scratches, bumps, dust, etc... this is a great choice for any truck!

DOOR OPTION
Open Up - The Trebor Semi Truck Top Lid Toolbox can be easily mounted and gives you maximum storage for your batteries.
Top cover truck boxes are convenient for storing 4x batteries. This is a step combo in order to be installed on the rail of the truck.
Handle
T-Handle Handle
Our signature Trebor T-handle is one of our most popular and cost-effective handle options with a key lock. This handle has a stainless-steel finish and offers a unique shine. This handle must be lifted and then turned in order to open the door. There is also a small cap above the lock to protect the entry of the key from weather, dust and debris. This T-handle is installed with stainless steel rivets.
HINGE(S)
Trebor produces esthetically pleasing, 5-inch hinges. these are made of durable, corrosion resistant stainless steel for increased robustness that will last through all of North American weather conditions. These hinges are included on all of our tool box models with recessed doors. The hinges are installed with stainless steel rivets. These are the best hinges available on the market for maximum durability.
SEAL
It’s important to have a tool box for your truck, but what's even more important is to have a box that keeps your equipment dry. This is why Trebor manufacturing offers a door seal on the frame. This seal compresses during closing and allows to take its expansion for its sealing.
